Business process automation

Tech Ingrained provides business process automation for companies in Romania: the repetitive work between applications, documents and people, handed to systems that do it the same way every time. We use clear rules where a process is predictable and AI where something has to be read or understood.

Most companies do not need a new system; they need the ones they have to talk to each other. An employee copying orders from one application into another every day is doing the job of a missing integration. We find those places and automate them one by one, starting with those that take the most time.

What it solves

01

Data moves between applications

Orders, customers, invoices, stock: we connect applications through their APIs, so information entered once reaches everywhere it is needed.

02

Documents are generated automatically

Offers, contracts, handover reports and summaries are filled in from existing data, in your company's format.

03

Incoming documents are read automatically

Invoices, orders and forms received by email are read, and their data is extracted and checked before it enters your system.

04

Approvals stop getting lost

Requests follow rules: who approves, in what order, by when. Every step is visible, and delays are flagged.

05

Reports build themselves

The figures you need each week or month are gathered from their sources automatically, with no exports and no copying into Excel.

06

Exceptions reach people

Whatever falls outside the rules neither blocks the flow nor slips by: it goes to the right person, with the reason it was stopped.

Who it is for

Companies that enter the same data twice

Wherever someone copies information from one application into another, an automation is missing.

Teams buried in documents

Back office, finance, logistics, sales: anywhere documents are filled in, checked and sent according to the same rules.

Businesses growing faster than their team

As volume grows, automation absorbs the extra repetitive work, and people stay on the tasks that need judgement.

How a project runs

01

Follow today's process

We look at the process as it really runs: steps, applications, people, exceptions. Only then do we decide what to automate.

02

Choose what is worth automating

We start with the steps that take the most time or cause the most errors, not the whole process at once.

03

Build and test

We test the automation on real data, in parallel with the existing process, and switch it on when the results match.

04

Monitor and extend

Once running, the automation is monitored; we adjust it as the process changes and move on to the next step.

What it works with

We work through the APIs of the applications you already have: ERP, CRM, accounting and invoicing, online shop, email, spreadsheets. When an application has no API, we find a safe alternative: a scheduled export, a file exchange or a component we build ourselves.

How it is priced

From €500 + VAT

The first consultation is free. Each automation is priced on its own, once we have followed the process and know how many applications and exceptions it involves. You receive a written, staged quote before any work starts, and a small automation can come first, ahead of the larger ones.

FAQ

Which business processes can be automated?

Any process with repetitive steps and clear rules: order intake, invoicing, reporting, approvals, entering data from documents. Processes that need judgement can be partly automated: the system prepares, a person decides.

What is the difference between automation and RPA?

RPA means software robots that imitate a person at the keyboard, in existing applications. It helps when an application offers no other way in, but it is more fragile than an API integration, which we prefer whenever one exists.

Where does AI help in process automation?

Where something has to be read or understood: a scanned invoice, an email containing an order, a request written in someone's own words. AI extracts the information, and clear rules decide what happens to it.

Do we have to replace the applications we use?

Usually not. Automation connects the applications you have; we recommend a new one only when the old one cannot be connected safely.

How much does business process automation cost?

The first consultation is free. Automation projects start from €500 + VAT; the exact price depends on the number of applications and on the exceptions in the process, and once we have followed the process you receive a written, staged quote with the cost of each stage.
