The agent works through the APIs of the systems you already use, such as your ERP, CRM, invoicing, email and document storage, or with an application we build when no suitable one exists. It only gets access to what its task needs, and we choose the language model together, so you know in advance where your data is processed.

From €500 + VAT
The first consultation is free. The price of an AI agent depends on its task and on the systems it works with, so we set it after an initial analysis; you receive a written, staged quote before any work starts. Running costs for the language model are estimated separately, because they depend on how much the agent works.

What is an AI agent?
An AI agent is a program that is given a goal and reaches it using tools: it looks up information, reads documents and works in applications. Unlike a chatbot, it does not only answer; it acts, within the limits you set.
How is it different from staff using ChatGPT?
ChatGPT used on its own knows nothing about your company and cannot work in its systems. An agent built for your business answers from your documents, has controlled access to your applications and follows the rules you set.
What data does the AI agent see?
Only the data its task needs, agreed at the start of the project. Access is granted per task, not to the whole company, and every action the agent takes is recorded.
