Prices
What the platform costs, how it is invoiced and how you pay. The prices below are the price list in effect.

Prices exclude VAT; 21% VAT is added.
Prices are in EUR; invoices are issued and paid in EUR. Price list in effect from 2026-10-19.
Invoicing
- When you create the account, you are invoiced for the number for one month, in advance.
- On the 1st of each month you receive one invoice for the numbers you hold that month.
- The same invoice carries the call minutes of the previous month.
- A number held for less than a month is invoiced by the day.
- Invoices are issued through SmartBill (RO e-Factura), emailed and kept in your account.
Payment
- By card, on the secure page of NETOPIA Payments; your card details never reach us.
- By bank transfer, quoting the reference on the invoice.
- Invoices are due 15 days after they are issued.
- Custom development, such as new integrations, is quoted separately, on request.
