Phone system integration

Phone system integration over SIP

Phone system integration happens over SIP, as between any telephone systems: our voice agent speaks standard SIP, over TCP and TLS, with RTP audio and the G.711 codec, so it can take a number from your provider, over a SIP trunk, or sit beside your existing phone system and transfer the call back into the PBX. You keep the number and the provider you have; if you want a new one, a Romanian number is included with the account.

We do not promise a dedicated integration with a named PBX product: we work with any system that speaks SIP and set everything up together with your provider. What sets us apart: prices are public, you start online in minutes with no sales call, a Romanian number is included, and the agent answers only from your own documents.

What the phone costs you today

Telephony projects that never end

A classic telephony integration means consultants, quotes on request and months of waiting. Meanwhile, the calls are still being missed.

'You need to replace the whole phone system'

Many vendors propose replacing the PBX and the numbers. You only want the existing phone answered by someone, not a migration project.

The unanswered question: 'does it work with our phone system?'

You already have a PBX, perhaps 3CX or FreePBX, and a telephony provider. The honest answer is not a product name, but a protocol: SIP.

How the agent helps

01

Standard SIP, over TCP and TLS

The agent speaks standard SIP, over TCP and TLS, like any serious piece of telephony equipment. No proprietary protocol needed.

02

RTP audio, G.711 codec

Speech travels over RTP, with the G.711 codec, the usual format of telephone networks.

03

Your number or a new one

The agent can take a number from your provider, over a SIP trunk, and the number and provider stay yours. If you want a new number, a Romanian number is included with the account.

04

Transfer back into the PBX

After answering the caller, the agent can transfer the call back into the PBX, to the right colleague, within the hours you set.

05

Set up together with your provider

We work with any system that speaks SIP, without integrations dedicated to a named product. We align the technical details with your telephony provider.

A call, for example

How a call goes when the agent answers: it knows what your documents say, and hands over to a person when it should.

Caller

Hello, I am ringing from Construct Est and I would like a price for the work quoted last week.

Agent

Hello. I do not have details of individual quotes in the company's documents, but I can transfer you into the phone system, to the sales team.

Caller

Yes, please.

Agent

Transferring you now into the company's phone system, to the sales department. Please hold.

Caller

Thank you. Before the transfer: until what time are you open today?

Agent

The sales team is available for transfers until 17:00. If nobody answers, I will take a message and email it over.

Caller

Fine, I will wait for the transfer.

FAQ

Does it work with 3CX or FreePBX?

We do not offer an integration dedicated to a named PBX product. The agent speaks standard SIP, so it can sit beside any system that speaks SIP, and we do the setup together with your telephony provider.

Do we keep our number and provider?

Yes. The agent can take a number from your provider, over a SIP trunk, with no change to your current contract. If you want a new number, a Romanian number is included with the account.

What is needed technically?

Standard SIP over TCP or TLS and RTP audio with the G.711 codec. The agent can transfer the call back into your phone system, to the right person.

What does the integration cost?

A monthly subscription per number (€5.00), plus €0.15 per incoming minute; outgoing minutes, such as transfers into the phone system, are priced separately (€0.15). Prices are public, with no setup fee.
