About Tech Ingrained
Tech Ingrained is a technology company that builds software, AI agents and process automation for businesses in Romania. The team has 25 years of experience in enterprise and corporate environments, across engineering, project management and leadership.
We spent years on large projects, where a wrong technical decision is expensive and a postponed one costs months. That is where our way of working comes from: understand the problem first, plan in stages, say early what is not working, and see things through.
Tech Ingrained brings the same rigour to companies without a large IT department. The name says what we aim for: technology that becomes part of the way a company works, not a project that ends at handover. Technology, ingrained.
We build our own products too. Our AI voice agent platform answers real phone calls in Romanian and English, and keeps us honest every day about what running an AI system really involves.
