What is an AI voice agent?
An AI voice agent is a program that answers the phone instead of a person: it understands the caller, answers from your documents, transfers the call or takes a message. Tech Ingrained's agent speaks Romanian and English and answers day and night.
How is it different from an IVR menu?
An IVR makes callers press keys and listen to menus. An AI voice agent holds a conversation: the caller says what they need, and the agent understands and answers, or transfers the call to the right person.
Where does the agent get its information?
Only from the documents you upload: prices, hours, procedures, contact details. When the answer is not there, the agent offers a colleague or takes a message.
Can I keep my existing phone number?
Yes. Your account comes with a Romanian number, and calls to your existing number can be forwarded to it from your phone provider's settings.
How much does the AI voice agent cost?
A monthly subscription of €5.00 per phone number, plus €0.15 per minute of incoming calls and €0.15 per minute of outgoing calls such as transfers. There is no setup fee; VAT is added to the prices.
