Call automation

Call automation: every incoming call answered

Call automation means, at Tech Ingrained, that every incoming call gets an answer: the AI voice agent picks up the phone day and night, in English or Romanian, answers from your documents, transfers the call when it matters and takes a message when nobody is available. A call nobody answers is a lost customer.

We say plainly what we automate: answering incoming calls, 24/7. We do not run outbound call campaigns. And we say plainly what sets us apart: prices are public, you start online in minutes with no sales call, a Romanian number is included, and the agent answers only from your own documents.

What the phone costs you today

Unanswered calls are lost customers

A call nobody answers is a lost customer: people do not leave a message, they ring the next name on the list. In the evening, at weekends and at peak times, the losses add up.

The team cannot be in two places

At lunch, first thing in the morning or during campaigns, calls arrive faster than the team can answer. Classic call centre automation demands long projects and consultants.

The automated answer that answers nothing

Many firms already have an automated phone answer: a recorded message that reads out the opening hours and hangs up. The caller has learnt nothing and does not call again.

How the agent helps

01

24/7 call answering

The agent answers every incoming call, day and night, including weekends and holidays, in English or Romanian.

02

An automatic phone answer from your documents

Not a recorded message, but real answers: hours, prices, procedures, contacts, only from the documents you upload.

03

Transfer when it matters

When a call needs a person, the agent puts it through to the right colleague, within the hours you set.

04

A message when nobody is there

If nobody is available, the agent takes the caller's message and emails it to you, so you can ring back.

05

Incoming calls only

Our agent picks up the calls that come to you. We do not run outbound call campaigns. For every call you see the transcript, the summary and the cost.

A call, for example

How a call goes when the agent answers: it knows what your documents say, and hands over to a person when it should.

Caller

Good evening, I am ringing to ask whether you are open on Saturdays and how much a service costs.

Agent

Good evening. According to the company's documents, we are open on Saturdays from 9:00 to 13:00. Prices for a service depend on the model; I can transfer you to a colleague for an estimate.

Caller

Are your colleagues still in the office at this hour?

Agent

No, the team's day ended at 18:00. I can take a message with your name and number, and a colleague will ring you tomorrow morning.

Caller

Fine. My name is Dan Stoica and I would like an estimate for a full service.

Agent

Noted: Dan Stoica, estimate for a full service. I am emailing the message to the team now.

Caller

Thank you, have a good evening.

FAQ

Do you also make outbound calls or campaigns?

No. Our agent only answers the calls your business receives, 24/7. We do not run outbound call campaigns and we do not ring your customers.

What happens when the agent does not know an answer?

It is instructed to answer only from the uploaded documents. When the answer is missing, it offers a transfer to a colleague or takes a message; it does not improvise.

How long until it works?

A few minutes online: create the account and get the number and a draft agent, describe the business and upload documents, then test from the browser. Once the first invoice is paid, the agent answers calls on the number.

What does call automation cost?

A monthly subscription per number (€5.00) and a per-minute price for incoming calls (€0.15); outgoing minutes, such as transfers, are priced separately (€0.15). Prices are public, with no setup fee.
