How the Tech Ingrained service is delivered after an order, and the estimated delivery time.

1. What is delivered

Tech Ingrained is a digital service (software as a service), provided online: access to the platform, a Romanian telephone number and a voice agent that answers the calls made to that number. No physical goods are delivered.

2. How it is delivered

• The service is delivered only electronically, online: you reach it from your account at https://techingrained.com, with the email address and password chosen when the account was created.
• The telephone number and the agent are activated in the account. Nothing needs to be installed, no equipment is needed and nobody needs to travel.
• The order confirmation, payment documents and invoices are sent to the billing email and can be found at any time on the account's billing page.
• Delivery has no shipping costs.

3. Estimated delivery time

• Access to the platform: as soon as the account is created.
• The telephone number: as soon as the account is created, if one is free; otherwise you can join the waiting list and we email you when one comes free.
• The agent answering calls: it can be configured and tested from the browser at once; it answers calls once it is made live, that is, as soon as a card payment is confirmed or, when paying by bank transfer, as soon as the payment document is issued, while it is within its payment term.
• The estimated delivery time is at most 24 hours from the payment's confirmation. If a delivery takes longer, we tell you by email.

4. Availability

The service runs at all times, except for maintenance or interruptions caused by third-party providers. Planned work is announced in advance where possible.

5. Where

The service is provided online to clients in Romania and the European Union; the telephone numbers are Romanian numbers.

6. Delivery problems

If you cannot reach the service or the agent does not answer, write to office@techingrained.com or call +40 750 450 930; we fix it as soon as we can.
