Long menus to listen to
'Press 1 for sales, 2 for support...' The caller listens to the whole menu, asks for the options again and loses good minutes before saying why they rang.
AI phone system
An AI phone system replaces the key-press menu: the caller says what they need in their own words, and the voice agent answers the phone itself, day and night, in English or Romanian. It is a virtual phone system with AI, in other words a conversational IVR: it answers questions from your documents and puts the caller through to the right person, within the hours you set.
We are an alternative to IVR, not a classic PBX for the whole company: we do not provide extensions, queues and call recording for every employee. We answer the number and transfer. If you already have a phone system, we can sit in front of it or on a single number. What sets us apart: prices are public, you start online in minutes with no sales call, a Romanian number is included, and the agent answers only from your own documents.
What the phone costs you today
'Press 1 for sales, 2 for support...' The caller listens to the whole menu, asks for the options again and loses good minutes before saying why they rang.
Whoever presses the wrong key lands in the wrong department or in a menu with no way out. Many do not start over: they hang up, and some never call again.
After getting through the menu, the caller repeats the whole story to the person who answers. The old menu collected digits, but solved nothing.
How the agent helps
The conversational IVR lets the caller state the reason for the call in their own words. The agent understands the request and acts: answers, transfers or takes a message.
On every call, day and night, in English or Romanian. It can switch language during the call if the caller asks.
Opening hours, prices, procedures, contacts: the agent answers only from the documents you upload and does not improvise.
Once it knows what the caller needs, the agent puts them through to the right colleague, within the hours you set. If nobody answers, it takes the message and emails it to you.
We do not replace the company PBX: we can answer on a single number or sit in front of your phone system and transfer the call onwards into it.
A call, for example
How a call goes when the agent answers: it knows what your documents say, and hands over to a person when it should.
Hello, I have a problem with an invoice I received last week.
Hello. Give me the invoice number or the company name and I will see how I can help.
Invoice 2481, in the name of Atelier Nord.
According to the company's documents, invoice corrections are handled through a request to the finance email address. If you like, I can transfer you now to the billing team.
Yes, put me through, please.
Transferring you now. If nobody answers, I will take a message and email it to the team.
Thank you, I will hold.
FAQ
No. We do not build a PBX with extensions, queues and call recording for the whole company. Our agent answers the number and transfers the call to the right person. If you already have a phone system, we can sit in front of it or on a single number.
A classic IVR makes the caller press keys through fixed menus. A conversational IVR lets them say what they need in their own words, and the agent understands the request and acts on it directly.
It is instructed to answer only from the uploaded documents and not to improvise. When the answer is missing, it offers a transfer to a colleague or takes a message.
You pay a monthly subscription per number (€5.00) and a per-minute price for incoming calls (€0.15); outgoing minutes, such as transfers, are priced separately (€0.15). There is no setup fee, and prices are public on the pricing page.
